Brook House is only let at certain times of the year so rare availability. The house is situated in a quaint village within Oxford City ring road which has an excellent Gastro Pub with large garden. The good size well equipped kitchen/diner leads to the rear garden with open landscape views. Long expandable dining table can seat 12.
There is also an additional dining room. TV/games room with surround sound big screen TV, a piano room and formal drawing room.
The basement offers a further entertainment room with small indoor swimming pool and changing/shower room.
There are three good sized bedrooms in all, each with their own en-suite. One with two double beds, one super king size bedroom with jacuzzi bathroom and third bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and en-suite. Additional beds can be provided if numbers require prices on application.
Prices are from £3500 per week or £1700 for a two night weekend up to 8 people (minimum stay). Price on application for monthly rates.
